How to Track Your Order and Download Your Verified Report on Verify Africa (User Guide)

Step 1: Log in to Your Account:

Log in using your registered email address and password associated with your account.

Step 2: Access Your Dashboard:

Once logged in, go to your user profile. This is where you can access information relating to your account.

Step 3: Select “My Orders”:

From your user profile, click on My Orders.

A new page showing your submitted verification requests will open up. You will see the status of your orders: not started, processing or completed. “Not started” means payment has yet to be made or payment is yet to be confirmed. “Processing” means an order is in progress. “Completed” means an order is complete and the verified report is ready.

Step 4: Find the Order You Want to Track

Look through your list of orders and select the specific verification request you want to view using the Order ID.

For example, the Order status for order ID “11” shows processing. This tells us that the order is still in progress. Oder ID “1709” shows completed, which informs you that the order is completed and the verified report can be downloaded.

Step 5: Open the Selected Order

Click on the Action button.

On the opened page, click on item summary and select the candidate’s name.

Step 6: View Notes to See the Status Update on Your Order

Status updates are added weekly as notes to your order. Use ‘Notes’ to track the progress of your order.

Step 7: Download the Verified Report – Completed Orders

After clicking on the candidate’s name, scroll down to the “Service Verification Details” section and click on the evidence pdf icon. This downloads the verified report for your viewing.
